Nicky manages client accounts and Creative Direction for The Lift’s web, design and photography portfolio, she is also a freelance arts marketer, working for creative organisations as their go-to ‘marketing person’ providing a broad range of services; copy-writing, campaigns, events, strategy, profile- raising, digital management, press, photography. She works on a contract or more informal day-rate. Working closely with the artistic team and Directors Nicky makes the arts appealing and inspiring to a broad range of people and helps artists and organisations to create and sell their work in a way that is as unique as they are.

Biog
Nicky trained in Arts Management at DeMontfort University, launching straight into voluntary and contract work for The RSC, ArtsFest, Arts and Business and two West Midlands based Events Management companies, giving her a great grounding and valuable experiences.
She then worked as Marketing and Education Administrator for Anjali Dance Company [2002 - 2004], Marketing Officer for Motionhouse Dance Theatre [2004 - 2007], Marketing Manager for ACE dance and music [2007 - now], Head of Marketing (maternity cover) for Candoco Dance Company [June 2010 - March 2011], Marketing Manager for the North Wall Arts Centre [Oct 2011 - now], Acting Marketing Manager for Warwick Arts Centre [January 2012 - now].
